This website, seiraiyu.com (the "Site"), is operated by Seiraiyu LLC ("Seiraiyu," "we," "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Site is informational

The Site presents information about Seiraiyu and the products it builds (including kisenon, RyuSim, and subaya). Each product is offered under its own separate terms of service and pricing. Nothing on this Site is an offer, warranty, or commitment regarding any product. Your use of a Seiraiyu product is governed by that product's agreement, not these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by transmitting malware, spam, or excessive automated requests;
use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, abusive, or fraudulent content.

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Seiraiyu name and marks — are owned by Seiraiyu LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
