1. Who we are

This website, seiraiyu.com, is operated by Seiraiyu LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy covers only this marketing website. Seiraiyu products (kisenon, RyuSim, subaya) have their own privacy policies.

2. What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you use the "Get in touch" form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can respond.
Server logs. Our web server records standard request data — your IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for security and operational purposes.
Theme preference. Your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device and is not used to identify or track you.

We do not use cookies, advertising technology, analytics, or any third-party tracking on this Site.

3. Third-party services

Google Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). When it does, your IP address is shared with Google as part of that request.
Google Workspace & Google Cloud. Contact-form submissions are processed by a Google Cloud Run service we operate and delivered to a Google Workspace mailbox. Google acts as our processor for this email.

4. How we use your information

We use contact-form data solely to read and respond to your message. We use server logs to keep the Site secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers named above or where required by law.

5. Data retention

Contact-form emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our records. Server logs are retained on a rolling basis for a limited period. You may request deletion of your contact data at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these, email contact@seiraiyu.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
